Merchandise Return Policy

At Mackerel Tackles LLC, customer satisfaction is one of our highest priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by following the policy below.

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 30 days after successful delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and undamaged
• Remain in its original packaging
• Include all accessories and documentation
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of excessive use or modification may not qualify for a refund.

Products Excluded From Returns

The following products cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made merchandise
• Clearance or promotional sale items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to improper use after delivery

Refund Evaluation

Every returned package is inspected after arrival.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Actual posting times depend on your financial institution.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Items

Should you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order confirmation
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the package
• A brief explanation of the issue

We will review the claim promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return results from our mistake or a verified product defect.
